Refund Policy

Last updated 30 September 2026

VideoGo sells two paid plans: a monthly subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. This page covers cancelling either one and getting your money back.

If you are in the EU or the UK

You have a legal right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. We honour that right. You do not have to give a reason, and it applies to both plans.

Everywhere else

We consider any refund request made within 14 days of the payment. Write to support@videogo.space from the email address you paid with, or name it in the message, so the payment can be found.

How a refund is paid

Back to the card or account you paid from, by the payment provider that took the money. We never hold your card details and cannot refund to anywhere else. How long it then takes to appear is your bank's to decide, not ours — usually a few working days.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel the monthly plan whenever you like, from the billing portal linked in your receipt or from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund charges already made, and you keep access until the period you have paid for runs out.

The lifetime plan is a single payment. There is nothing to cancel and nothing further to pay.

If something does not work

Tell us before disputing the charge with your bank. A dispute costs us a fee on top of the refund and takes longer for you than asking does. Most problems are a site that changed how it delivers video, and most of those we can fix.

What we will not refund

A purchase made more than 14 days ago, where nothing was wrong with the product and no statutory right applies. The free trial exists so that you can find out whether VideoGo works for you before paying anything.
